This page explains what Abstract Floor Coatings collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Estimate requests: your name, phone, email, the service you want, square footage, project details, preferred visit times, and any photos or videos you upload.
• Chat: the messages you type to our chat assistant. If you ask it to send an estimate request, it also collects your name, phone, email, and project details.
• Floor visualizer: if you use it, the garage photo you sent with your request is used to create a preview of a new floor.
• Client portal: if you have an account, your login email and your project details, such as estimates, booking details, and progress photos.
• Site usage: the pages you visit, the site that sent you here, and clicks on our call, text, and email links. We tie these to a random ID saved in your browser, not to your name.

Why we collect it

To answer your questions, prepare estimates, schedule visits, do the work, follow up about your project, and see which pages are useful.

Our chat assistant is AI

The chat on this site is an AI assistant, not a person. Your messages are sent to an AI model through the Lovable AI gateway so it can reply. Chats are saved so we can read them and follow up with you. A copy also stays in your browser until you tap "Start over" or clear your browser storage. Please don't share anything in chat you wouldn't want us to keep.

We don't sell your information

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the service providers below, who handle it for us so this site works.

Service providers

• Lovable: hosts the site, runs the AI chat and floor visualizer through its AI gateway, and sends us email alerts with your estimate request.
• Supabase (through Lovable Cloud): stores estimate requests, uploaded photos and videos, chat transcripts, and client portal logins.
• Calendly: only if you use "Book a Time" to schedule with us.
• Google Fonts: loads the fonts on this site. Google receives your IP address when your browser loads them.

Cookies and analytics

Our host, Lovable, runs an analytics script on every page. It sets a session cookie and logs page views, such as the page address, the referring site, and your browser type. We also keep our own simple page-view and click counts, described above.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to respond and run our business, or until you ask us to delete it.

To see the information we have about you, or to ask us to delete it, email dalton@abstractfloorcoatings.com. We may ask you to confirm it's you.
