Do you pressure wash the concrete or grind it?
We diamond grind it. Pressure washing cleans the surface, but it does not create the CSP 2–3 profile a coating needs to bond. Grinding removes the weak surface layer and gives the coating texture to grip.
Why do coatings peel?
